UN.LEAD began with conversations between Suyash Bhatt and Naresh Harwani about a contradiction they were both observing.
Technology was making knowledge more accessible, people were more informed, connected and independent, and organisations were asking for greater ownership. Yet leadership itself often remained centralised — designed around command and control.
What happens when a generation raised with access, choice and voice enters institutions still designed around hierarchy?
UN.LEAD grew from that question.
